I pledge to be your contact from the time we agree to photography dates until the directories are delivered.
I pledge to properly prepare, guide and direct your sign up process.
I pledge to be available during the photography days for questions.
I pledge to guide your directory design through completion in a timely basis.
I pledge to make a final visit after the directories have been delivered to ensure your satisfaction.
I pledge to work with the photography team to ensure the satisfaction of the customer.
PHOTOGRAPHER'S PLEDGE
I pledge to arrive on location with ample time to be completely set up and ready to start 15 minutes before the first appointment.
I pledge to set up for the safety of the membership and the photography team.
I pledge to have the photography location properly marked.
I pledge to use my professional skills to make each customer feel as if they are my only customer, starting with a positive introduction and having them leave with the feeling they have created a memory.
I pledge to work with my Portrait Sales Consultant to ensure the satisfaction of the customer.
PORTRAIT CONSULTANT'S PLEDGE
I pledge to arrive on location with ample time to be completely set up and ready to start 15 minutes before the first appointment.
I pledge to give a staff presentation so the customers understand the portrait consulting process.
I pledge to give prompt personalized service to every customer.
I pledge to create an environment that alleviates high pressure and focuses on the wants of the customer.
I pledge to work with my Photographer to ensure the satisfaction of the customer.
