    • Yes. Each family will have the opportunity to purchase additional portraits. Shortly after being photographed, they will view their poses on a color computer monitor and may order additional portraits.

    • We enlist the latest technology to provide the ultimate security for our Internet community. Extensive security measures prevent server and software hacking attempts with a variety of security and monitoring methods. The software is built with specific username/accounts and randomly assigned passwords that are changeable by the directory administrator at anytime.

    • Yes! It's so quick and easy to add new member photos that someone could become a new member of your church one Sunday morning and be included on your OM Plus+ Online Directory before they even get home that afternoon.
    • Can the roster be updated at any time? (click here)
    • Yes. The directory administrator can add, edit or delete roster informaton at any time. Just like they can add or delete family and staff photos at any time.
    • Will our staff photos be online? (click here)
    • Yes. Staff photos taken as part of your church directory program will be uploaded to your Online Directory. Your directory administrator can then add or delete staff photos at any time in the future.
    • Can my church put a link from our church website to OM Plus+? (click here)
    • Yes. Your church can put a link from your website to your OM Plus+. You can also post a link from OM Plus+ to your church website using the web links feature.

    • Just a reasonably up-to-date web browser. Unlike other services which may require you to install software onto your computer, OM Plus+ is a completely web-based service.
    • Can my church use OM Plus+ by itself if we do not have a church website? (click here)
    • Yes. The directory link provided can be distributed to your membership for accessing OM Plus+. However, if you want to use a domain name that is more identifiable with your membership, you could set one up and have it redirect to the OM Plus+ URL.
    • Will OM Plus+ run on a Mac®? (click here)
    • Yes. However, Firefox is the only browser that is supported on the Mac® for directory maintenance and member viewing.
    • Does OM Plus+ provide statistics for review of site activity? (click here)
    • Yes. Statistics are available for the OM Plus+ Online Directory. It will allow you to view the number of visitors that your site is receiving. You will see detail as well as summary information for when, what and who.
    • Is there a limitation on the number of pages or sub-pages that can be created?  (click here)
    • Page and sub-page creation is "unlimited" allowing you to build a very extensive website.
    • Can I create forms to solicit feedback or information from my members? (click here)
    • You can create an unlimited number of web forms for pages in your OM Plus+ site (one form per page maximum). Each form can have unlimited fields/questions with responses automatically returned to the Directory Administrator.
    • Can I add custom fields to my directory in addition to those supplied to Olan Mills? (click here)
    • Typically your church supplies only the name / address / phone number for the publication of the printed directory. On the OM Plus+ Online Directory, you can add additional fields for communicating other information you deem essential, such as email addresses, fax numbers, cell numbers, etc. Unlimited fields can be added and displayed in the Online Directory.
    • Does product support fundraising or monetary collections? (click here)
    • A PayPal® Link Option is built into the system for use by your church to provide a gateway for monetary collection of funds for whatever purpose deemed applicable. A PayPal® account is needed to activate the link.
    • Can I allow my membership to advertise their businesses through our church website? (click here)
    • With OM Plus+, you have total control over the page content which can include business cards, ads and "sponsored by" messages that link to business websites.
    • Do the OM Plus+ pages have Search capability for the site visitor? (click here)
    • Yes. A sidebar widget option allows the inclusion of a Search box on each page for quickly browsing the site for keywords or phrases.

    • What time will the photographers be at the church? (click here)
    • Photographers should arrive at the church approximately 2 hours prior to photography to prepare and set up their equipment on the initial set up day.
    • How much does it cost to be photographed? (click here)
    • There is no charge to be photographed. And, every family photographed receives a FREE 8 x 10 Full-Color Olan Mills Signature Portrait.
    • What are the prices of the portraits? When and how do church members pay for them? (click here)
    • For your church families who would like additional portraits, an Olan Mills Portrait Consultant will be on hand to explain the different finishes and special pricing options available. Families will select their poses electronically on a color computer monitor and will be able to order their portraits at that time. Portraits may be purchased with a personal check, cash, MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover card; or with a 50% deposit + COD. Payment is to be made at time of selection. As always, Olan Mills guarantees customer satisfaction.
    • What if a member of a family will not be available to be photographed in their family sitting for the directory? Can their picture be submitted so they will be in the directory? (click here)
    • Yes. A picture that is no larger than 4x6 may be submitted to the church coordinator and it will be included on a special page in the directory. There is no charge for this and the family will be given an extra complimentary copy of the directory. A copyright release for professionally taken photographs may need to be submitted.
    • What if a husband or wife is not a member of the church and doesn't want to be pictured in the directory? However, they would like to have their family portrait made together. Is this possible? (click here)
    • Yes. The family should schedule an appointment and when they have their portraits taken, they should advise the photographer of their situation. The photographer will take poses of the family all together and other poses separately for the directory.
    • Will you do an extended family, group portrait? (click here)
    • Yes. However, additional photography time should be requested for the group pose so that our photographers can allow enough time with the family and stay on schedule.
    • Can a family use the same directory pose they had in the last directory? (click here)
    • Unfortunately, no. Only those portraits taken at the church for the most recent pictorial directory can appear in the new directory.
